DANE TALENT CONNECTIONS LLC was founded by Dori Neuman who has over 20 years of expertise in Talent Management, Human Resources Management Consulting, Marketing, and Career Coaching. Our clients are in the entertainment, financial, insurance, health care, and new start-up companies.

Dori Ann Neuman is a guest speaker and lecturer and she currently teaches two classes for the HR Certification Program at Cal Poly Pomona’s Extended University. She is a key liaison between education and business in the information systems search and recruiting field.

Contingency Search

We have the capability to work on-site with Information Systems Management and Human Resources Management to perform an assessment of your technical requirements and assist you with technical recruiting. A consulting search is billed at an hourly rate.

Most of DANE’s searches are on a contingency basis. We are paid for a search only when we identify and place a candidate for a specific position. If we do not find the right candidate for a specific search then we do not get paid.
